In summer our bodies lose a lot of water due to dehydration as we are constantly in some sort of activity throughout the whole day. Losing water makes our skin loose making it easy to get wrinkles and aging marks before we even hit that age.
To avoid loose skin, wrinkles and aging marks is to keep a good intake of water and fruit juices. Another little nature's gift to fight against these problems is 'Cucumber'.
Cucumber is 95% water and is a great way to stay hydrated. It can be added in salads, sandwiches, or even taken as a snack. They can be eaten throughout the whole year and not just in summers. Cucumbers are rich in copper, potassium, Vitamin B, K, C, and manganese.
Cucumbers contain tons of antioxidants that help detoxifies our body of toxins and keep our skin hydrated and clear.

You need to make it at least 3-4 hours before you drink it to let the ingredients infuse together. You need a bottle of water, a few lemon slices, half a cucumber cut in slices, and a few fresh mint leaves. let this for 3-4 hours and then drink. The more you let it rest the more flavourful it gets.
